How to Replace Your 3M Peltor Earpads with PROHEAR Gel Ear Pads 1. Remove the original ear pad together with the plastic base. 2. Clean the surface of your earmuffs. 3. Put the PROHEAR gel ear pad with plastic base into the earmuff and align the PROHEAR plastic base with the inner edge of the earmuff. 4. Press down on the edge of the plastic base of the earpad to secure it, and repeat the process for the other side.
